span 80 validity
good morning fellow formulators! 🙂
has anyone ordered span 80 ( span 80 pharma -lq-(mv) or span 80 hp-lq-(mh)) from croda? i was wondering how the best before date is defined? namely, is it expiry date of retest date? as the moq is quite high, it would quite useful to know.
i have ordered only a sample and there is no information about this in CoA or on packaging. I asked the local supplier and she wasn’t able to specify that for me.
any help appreciated ! 🙃

@KRISTIANA Tween 80 (Polysorbate 80) is good for 5 years, if not more, especially stored in a cool dark place. disregard what the SDS or TDS say.
