  • SLES, SLS and Coco Betaine Ratio In Shampoo

Posted by Hamaadali008 on January 13, 2021 at 5:05 pm

    Greetings,
I have been struggling for quite some time trying to figure out the ratio of sles, sls and coco betaine. But every time i ended up creating a too drying shampoo. No matter what i do my shampoo strips more oil than i would like it to. Please give some suggestions.
Here are the details of above written chemicals
    SLES 70%
    SLS 100% (Powdered)
    Coco Betaine 30%

Provide more detail about what you have tried (e.g. formulation, percentages).
You have provided essentially no detail other than some chemicals you own.

What is the pH of your Shampoo?
These ingredients at these percentages are not drying

My be it is because of your preservative system.
This preservative doesn’t look enough for me

I think you need to reduce SLS maybe it would be better if you don’t use it.
try to increase PQ7 to 0.75%
