Where do you buy a good Homogenizer for SLS/SLES 70%

What size ? way Homogenizer? SLS and SLES will make a lot of air entrapment with Homogenizers.

The purpose is to use 70% Sles in a 2-1 shampoo

SLES supplied at 70% concentration or 70% in the final formula? Heat will be your friend more than homogenization, and if you do homogenize you will need vaccuum or centrifuge to remove air.

What is the batch size you make?

If less than 10kg then a stick blender will work too.

If more than 100kg then you will need inline homogenizer.

If you introduced foam, keep the viscosity low and foam will disappear in 10 minutes.

Yes, there is no good reason to homogenize SLS/SLES
