  Shear mixers or ball mill recommendations for stick concealer/lipstick product

  Hello!

  So, I’ve been making cosmetic products for a number of years now, but usually just topical personal care type products-I have basically avoided color cosmetics because I didn’t have the right equipment to mix, but am wanting to try my hand at it now. Do you all have any recommendations for lab-scale pigment dispersion or high shear mixing? I’m hoping to start with a colored stick product (like lipstick or concealer) first, probably using iron oxides dispersed in carrier oil and waxes.
