  Shampoo bar meting solutions

  I would like to ensure that my formulation remains intact and does not melt or crumble. It has happened in a few cases. Is there something wrong with my formulation? I work for a personal care brand that uses plant-derived ingredients only. I have mentioned my formulation.

  Disodium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate 29.0%

  Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate 25.7%

  Disodium Cocyl Glutamate, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate 8.0%

  Acai Berry Powder 2.0%

  Guar Hydroxypropyl Trimonium Chloride 2.0%

  Kaolin Clay 1.0%

  Behentrimonium Methosulfate (BTMS 50) 4.0%

  Stearic Acid 3.0%

  Cetyl Alcohol 4.0%

  Kokum Butter 3.0%

  Grapeseed (Vitis Vinifera) Oil 1.0%

  Onion Extract 1.0%

  Decyl Glucoside 4.0%

  CAPB (Cocamidopropyl Betaine) 7.5%

  Sodium Lactate 1.0%

  Citric Acid 0.0%

  Plant Keratin (Fision Kera Veg) 2.0%

  Manuka Essential Oil 0.3%

  Vanilla Essential Oil 0.3%

  Geranium Essential Oil 0.3%

  Benzyl Alcohol, Sorbic Acid, Glycerin, Salicylic Acid 0.8%

  Tocopherol 0.1%
