Seeking Chemist that specializes in Colour Cosmetics (open to Canada residents only)

We are a start-up company looking to bring innovation to the beauty industry by changing the ingredients we use in colour cosmetics. Every day more and more people are inclined to buy beauty products that are: vegan, cruelty-free, natural, and tested. We are a socialy conscious brand that is ethically designed by artists for artists.
Obligations:
-must abide by all Canadian regulations regarding formulation of colour cosmetics in Canada.
-prepared to develop colour cosmetics from the ground up
-prepared to reverse engineer other formulae
-able to problem solve
-able to describe the phases of the development process
-able to take direction and feedback
-work with natural, vegan, eco-friendly, cruelty-free formula constraints
-prepared to meet deadlines
