  Review my formulation for clear top to toe

  I am trying to formulate a clear top to toe but after a couple of days I see a hazy layer at the bottom of the bottle. My formula as below

  59% ..dw
  1..ghtc
  0.2..sodium gluconate
  O.1..citric acid
  0.2..poly 10
  0.2..aloe 2x
  2..rosemary hydrosol
  2..cucumber glycerite

  20..galfusion
  2..peg 12
  2..poly 7

  10 ..capb
  1..aloe extract
  0.5…liquid germall 

  I heated ph A till all completely dissolved. Added ph A to Ph B and combined. Added ph c to phA/B..

  What could be settling down.

  ghtc? galfusion? poly 7? cucumber glycerite? aloe extract?
  This does  not  compute.
