  Processing emulsions with liquid crystals

  Can anybody suggest where can I read about making emulsions with liquid crystals. I want to try using 2 of the Montanovs from Seppic in my O/W cream, but not sure how to get the best performance from them. 

  I’ve heard that final viscosity depends on:

  - how phases were added (water to the oil or the other way around)

  - force cooling vs gradual cooling

  - gentle stirring vs high shear mixing
