  Pressed Glitter eyeshadows to sell

  Hi all,

  I have done a search on this already and read a lot of mixed info about this subject so wanted to start a new thread.

  I live in the UK and would love to start selling pressed cosmetic grade glitter eyeshadows.  I have a formula, but I am aware I will most likely need a CPSR.  Legally, would I need this to be done, and if so would I have to get one done on each eyeshadow, ie same base formula but different coloured glitters?  I see a lot of people who sell on Etsy but I doubt they have had CPSR’s done on them, so is it necessary?

  I have emailed 3 people who produce CPSR’s and have had varied information on the subject.

  Hi yes every new colour is a new product even if it contains the same formula. You’ll need a CPSR for every colour you want to start selling.

  I know it’s a late response but I hope you did manage to get the answer.
