    Preservative percent usage

    Hey 
    I am using 75% dm water in my shampoo and 85% in lotion, keeping these percentages in mind how much percent dmdmh shall I use in both.

    The amount of a preservative used is a percentage of the total formulation. Usage is not based on the amount of water.
    Check with your supplier on recommended usage rates.
