  pls explain possibility , emulsifier and form

  Hi everyone,
  i was checking a ZnO cream of a brand where the ingredients are:
  water
  glycerine
  paraffin oil  R hlb 10
  beeswax R hlb  12
  m,p parabens
  sesame oil  R hlb 7
   
  correct me please if i am wrong:
  i am seeing no emulsifier,true?
  if there is one, which one.
  is not its better with paraffin oil to include antioxident
  how the formula should be to obtain cream?
