  phenyl Emulsification

  I have mix  tween 20 as emulsifier to pine oil to make make phenyl without any other chemical it seems to be working.

   pine oil     100ml
  tween 20    60 ml
  water DI      upto 4000 ml
  
  please share your recommendations and suggetions.
