  Overhead Stirrer for lab.

  Hi there I’m looking at purchasing an over head stirrer for my at home lab I found this model on Amazon and I’m wondering if anyone could offer their kind advice. I would need it to be able to handle viscous emulsions and possibly oleogels i would be making around 1 to 2 kg at a time.  My budget would be a maximum of €500 for now. This one can supposedly handle an 80000 mpas viscosity would be somewhere in a range of a rich cream or oleo-gel ? Any help or Advice would be so appreciated. Many thanks.
