I need some advice and opinion on non-transferable matte liquid lipstick.

I wanted to put enough emollient because most liquid lipsticks I’ve tried are all making my lips dry. I have limited access to raw materials, and the ones I have are usually mixed with 1:1 ratio. My formula has come as far as preferred light and smooth feel on the lips, but it transfers so much. And it’s satin finish than matte.

My sr chemist said that it is impossible to get a matte, and completely non-transferable liquid lipstick if I add wax to it. What do you think?

    This is my formula:

    Isododecane 40%
    Dimethicone, trimethylsiloxysilicate 11%
    Isododecane, trimethylsiloxysilicate, dimethicone 4%
Dicaprylyl carbonate, steralkonium hectorite, propylene carbonate 2%
    Silica 3%
Silica, triethoxysilyethyl polymethylsiloxyethyl hexyl dimethicone, PEG 40 oleate 6%
    Shea butter 2%
    Beeswax 5%
    Tocopherol 2%

And the other 25% is pigments. As I said, the raw materials that I have access to are mostly mixed, hence such formula.

I greatly appreciate it if someone could give me a direction from here. Thank you!

    @Perry
@Bobzchemist @Chemist77 I have read your discussion the most, I only remember you three.. I appreciate whatever advice you can give me. I’m very very new to this. Thanks!

@Frin I gave up color cosmetics long back, wish I could chip in. But let me go back to my earlier records, think I had something similar but in stick form which was matched against non-transferable Sephora flat liner. Maybe you can modify that one to suit your needs.

Matt liquid lipstick from difficult  formulation which need experience, I agree with sir chemist max wax percentage in formula  not exceed about 2 to 4 % so you can use 2% beeswax with 2% fumed silica and 25 % pigme pigments it’s  too high.

Thank you @Chemist77 I really appreciate it!
Sir @Ayman thank you for the insights! But would you even add wax to a liquid lipstick formulation anyway? Because it’ll require heating process, & the other formula that I’ve been given are literally just mixing without any wax of butter (no heating). I’m not sure how to prevent lips from drying unless I put in some emollient though..
