    Hi everyone!

I’m new here and I’m also new to study the formulation. I’m interested in Whitening cream formulations. (I’m sorry, my English too bad).
I have tried several months ago with many practicing. However I am failed and have a reaction to my face.
Problem 1: My face becomes itchy and grows a lot of small rashes.
Problem 2: My skin also becomes swollen when put cream too much.
Can anyone tell me if something is wrong with any  ingredient in my formula? Thanks a lot for your help.
    Here is my formula:
    PHASE A
    72.0%  Distilled Water
    4.0%  Vegetable Glycerin
    0.3%  Xanthan Gum
    PHASE B
    4.0%  Olivem 1000
    2.0%  Stearic Acid
    2.0%  Glyceryl Monostearate
    6.0%  Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
    4.0%  Raspberry Oil
    2.0%  Organic Argan Oil
    PHASE C
2.0%  White Ten (Niacinamide, Broussonetia Kazinoki Root Extract, Acetyl Glucosamine, Galactoarabinan, Morus Alba Bark Extract, Pyrus Malus (Apple) Fruit Extract, Camellia Japonica Leaf Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Centella Asiatica Extract, Tricholoma Matstake Extract)
    0.5%  White Willow Bark Extract
    0.5%  Mixed Tocopherol
    0.4%  Geranium EO
    0.4%  Frankincense EO
    0.2%  Rose EO
    1.0%  Phenoxyethanol & Ethylhexylglycerin

I would say cut out the essential oils first, 1% is a fair amount and I know personally even 0.2% geranium was strong for me in my formulas

Do I need to reduce the percentage of White Ten items? Because my friend who tried this product also had a small rash problem like me or should i change item WhiteTen to Niacinamine 2% and Acetyl Glucosamine 1% only

WhiteTen is from BioSpectrum (INCI : Niacinamide, Broussonetia Kazinoki Root Extract, Acetyl Glucosamine, Galactoarabinan, Morus Alba Bark Extract, Pyrus Malus (Apple) Fruit Extract, Camellia Japonica Leaf Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Centella Asiatica Extract, Tricholoma Matstake Extract)
