  NACL compatibility with cationics like ethyl lauroyl arginate hcl

  If i make a simple solution with ≥1% NACL and 0.4% ethyl lauroyl arginat HCl in water, will NACL reduce antimicrobial effect of ethyl lauroyl arginat HCl? 

  In another words, is NACL completely compatible with cationics like ethyl lauroyl arginat HCl?
