mixed tocopherols stability
Hi! Does anyone have information about the stability of mixed tocopherols in soy oil in an alkaline medium? I would like to know if it will remain effective as an antioxidant (0.3% tocopherols) in an anhydrous formulation containing Sodium bicarbonate (10%) and Magnesium hydroxide (2%). I estimate that since there is no water there is not much risk, but I don’t find much information. Thank you!
