I’ve read that it’s better to use to a binary mixture of surfactants, for example SLES+SLS, than using SLES alone because of low irritant potential of the system. My question is that in what percentage should the two components be added. Is there any hard and fast rule that we need to follow, or we can add them in any percentages.Say if I am adding 15%(w/w) of SLES, is there a minimum amount of SLS i need to add for it to have a synergistic effect?
