  Manufacturing in EU and selling in US

  Hi, does anyone know if there are any special requirements (from FDA) that an EU manufacturing site has to fulfill in order tho sell a cosmetic product on the US market? In EU you have to fulfill the ISO 22716:2007

  the site has to conform with the same standards as a US-based site, and be accredited by an organisation acting on behalf of the FDA (e.g. SGS)
