    Hello every body
I made a shampoo- conditioner with cetyl alcohol and oils.
    water
    Sodium Laureth Sulfate  9%
    Disodium laureth solfosuccinate    9%
    Cocamidopropyl betaine    3%
    Coconut diethanolamide    2%
    Cetrimonium chloride    0.5%
    Cetyl alcohol     3%
    Behentrimonium Chloride   0.5%
    Argan oil   0.1%
    Jojoba oil   0.2%
    tea tree oil  0.1%
     Fragrance
    Preservative
    BUT
I have two problem. first of all it become bi-physic, a little clear
phase is bottom of the shampoo, most of the shampoo is white and top of
    that.
The second one, the viscosity is low and NaCl doesn’t work at all.
    I appreciate for your attention.
    thanks a lot
Mr Perry :” you can’t combine an anionic surfactant (SLS) with a cationic surfactant
(Cetrimonium Chloride). They will combine, form a salt and not function
    properly any longer.”
    I extremely appreciate him.

@chemistry8303 Highly anionic surfactants will interact strongly with hichly cationic, forming a non water soluble salt which, this has been shown many times. Some brands work around this by making a gel network (premix), putting the cationic as an insoluble phase that is suspended in the main mixture. You can search for some shampoo patents from L’oreal.

You’ll need to make significant changes to this formula if you want it to work.

Start with a formula that only has these things.  The other things shouldn’t be put into shampoos.

    water
    Sodium Laureth Sulfate
    Disodium laureth solfosuccinate
    Cocamidopropyl betaine
    Coconut diethanolamide
    Fragrance
    Preservative
