    Hi everyone.
    Please give me some instructions or methods for preparing the sanitizing solution with these chemicals (same as the content of “method” in the attached image - from https://www.makingcosmetics.com).

    • Active Ingredient: Benzalkonium Chloride: 0,13%;
    • Inactive Ingredients:
    • Aqua;
    • Isopropyl Alcohol;
    • Glycerine;
    • Tocopherols;
    • Decyl Glucocide;
    • Fragrance;
    • Methyl paraben;
    • Propyl Paraben;
    • Phenoxy Ethannol.

    1) Why have you posted a face cream formula when asking about a sanitiser.
    2) That proposed sanitiser is useless for virus protection.

    If you do not have the skills and knowledge to develop a simple manufacturing method you definitely should not be making a sanitiser. 
    Depending on your location sanitisers may be regulated as drugs/medicines and need to be tested and registered. 
    As @Belassi mentioned this type of sanitiser is not recommended for use against corona virus ( https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/hcp/hand-hygiene-faq.html).
