  Make-up transferring color, formulation’s or skin’s problem?

  Hey, guys!

  I’ve been thinking about this question since I started to formulate color cosmetic products.

  I have some tinted susncreen and foudantion and I notice that in some of them the color transfer is more visible than others.

  I want to minimize or avoid this in my products, so I was wondering what is it that makes this color transfer effect, is it the pigments? film former? should I make it water-resistance?

  I appreciate all the insights and advices!
