  Looking For Two Ingredients That Ship To The UK!

  Hi all,

  I am making an all natural eyelash adhesive for my start up beauty brand and I have been working with a cosmetic chemist to perfect the formula. I have managed to get the majority of the ingredients except two and I was wondering if anyone knows where I can purchase them from?

  Anywhere in the UK or abroad (as long as they ship to the UK) would be great. The ingredients are Pullulan and Biotin, ideally 100%.
