  Looking for Formulator/Manufacturer for micro-encapsulation

  I am looking for a formulator/manufacturer that has the ability to microencapsulate a solution and then spray evenly onto paper pulp fabric (I already have the fabric) so when there is friction the scent is released. Preferably someone eastern USA due to location.

  I think Salvona is able to do the encapsulation, the actual spraying you would have to find someone else. They are based in New Jersey
