  Looking for colour formulators

  After a quick look through the formulating services thread, many of these posts are very old so I wonder if those people are still active?

  I’m looking for some help with very simple water based & anhydrous colour formulations (hair & skin)… please feel free to inbox me if you can help with formulating services for this type of product.
