  Looking for a Cosmetics Chemist who can create a formula for a highly effective WATER BASED POMADE

  Hello Everyday,
  Greetings All of you.

  At first i want
  give thanks to Mr. Perry for approving me on this genius Chemist site.
  Actually I want to create a Water Based Formula for Manufacture and
  Marketing purpose.
  I really want to make  a water based pomade as mentioned quality as below :

  1. Easily water washable.

  2 Medium and Strong Hold formula (both)

  3. Paraben & Alcohol free.

  4. Anti Hairloss & Dandruff. 

  5. Slick and shine with whole day long
  6. Easy to restyle.

  7. Can produce with minimum Cost(ingredient) but better quality.

  If you are confident about this project please inbox me with quotation and whole process.
  I appreciate your kind suggestion, recommendation and any idea about this project.
