  Liquid-To-Matte Lipstick Bases For Private Label Purchase

  I am developing 3 proprietary bases for Liquid To Matte Lipsticks.  These are Silicone-based products.  The bases are designed primarily for use with Magnesium Myristate Treated Iron Oxides, Matte Kaolin and/or Herbal Enhanced surface treated colorants.

  
  

  I am offering these bases for sale on a Private Label basis.

  
  

  Formulation 1:  Isododecane, Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone, Dimethicone/Divinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Grapeseed Oil, Tocopherol Acetate, Hydrogenated Olive Oil, Olive Oil & Olive Oil Unsaponifiables, Sorbitan Olivate, Phenoxyethanol, Sorbic Acid, Caprylyl Glycol

  
  

  Formulation 2:  Isododecane, Dimethicone, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Propylene Carbonate, Magnesium Myristate, Hydrogentated Olive Oil, Olive Oil & Olive Oil Unsaponifiables, Phenoxyethanol, Sorbic Acid, Caprylyl Glycol

  
  

  Formulation 3:  Isododecane, Rice Bran OI, Tocopherol Acetate, Carnauba Wax, Cyclopentasiloxane (and) Dimethicone/Vinyldimethicone Crosspolymer, Phenoxyethanol, Sorbic Acid, Caprylyl Glycol
