I am developing 3 proprietary bases for Liquid To Matte Lipsticks. These are Silicone-based products, two of which are free of Castor Oil and one that does include Castor Oil. The bases are designed primarily for use with Magnesium Myristate Treated Iron Oxides, Matte Kaolin and/or Herbal Enhanced surface treated colorants.

I am offering these bases for sale on a Private Label basis.

If you are interested in a Custom Formulated base, I can tweak these formulations to accommodate some degree of customization.

Mark this is a great idea. I imagine many home based businesses will go crazy over this offer.

Just consider signing a very very strict contract with them. I had one of them trying to screw me over because she bought a cream base from my company and then decided to make it more ‘effective’ by lowering the pH to 3.5. Brought back the drum and blamed the bad chemist.
