Trying to put a Lab together from scratch. what is a good pH meter that doesn’t cost so much with probe? Same with a viscometer. I am assuming I should look for an RV and the spindles..

Giving your country or location will help people give better responses.

Try looking for second hand equipment especially for a viscometer you can usually find places that sell /auction used equipment when manufacturing facilities close down.

Thank you! I am in the United States on the west coast. is there a website for lab auctions or to notify when business are closing. I have looked on Ebay and the selection right now is good.

With pH meters, I would definitely go for new ones. If you buy secondhand there may be issues with the probes that need to be well looked after, and they have a limited life.

I have always had good results with OHAUS pH meters. It’s an American brand, and I have equipped many labs around the world with OHAUS pH meters.
