  ISOSTEARYL NEOPENTANOATE

  I’m looking for this ingredient or something that gives a similar effect. What I’m trying to achieve is a metallic/foil cream to powrder eyeshadows and I researched that this ingredient (ISOSTEARYL NEOPENTANOATE) does just that. Problem is I can’t find it anywhere besides making cosmetics which is 800$ for a bucket. Any suggestions?
