A supplier is offering me Behentrimonium chloride at $18.54/kg and Behenamidopropyl Dimethylamine at $11.77/kg exw based on 25kg. I was thinking that Behenamidopropyl Dimethylamine would be more expensive than BTAC and BTMS.

Is this normal for Behenamidopropyl Dimethylamine to be less expensive than BTAC or they are giving me the price of wrong product.

Another supplier is offering SPDMA in around $7/kg.

I am asking this because i am going to purchase one of these cationic surfactants with behenyl but as it takes 3 month for it to arrive in cargo, requesting sample is not an option. First purchase will be 25kg.
