If we use sodium stearoyl lactylate in shampoo, does it need to be mixed for 20 minutes when it is hot?

This file from supplier and 2 patents about using sodium stearoyl lactylate in shampoo says that mix it for 20 minutes when it is hot.

    I made this product

    Active surfactants
    SLES 12%
    CAPB 3%
    SSL 2%
    Xanthan gum 0.1%
    Formalin 0.1%
    NACL
    Water
    pH was 5 without adjustment

    Procedure:

    The batch was 1kg
I added SSL to 20% hot water and mixed with stick blender until dissolved for 1 minute.
Added remaining water at room temperature
Added remaining ingredients and mixed with stick blender at below 30°c

the foam was more beautiful that same formula without SSL.

For large batchs i am using inline homogenizer so don’t have problem with that.
Heating 10-20% of water phase is also not a problem but I can’t heat all the product because it will make the production very complicated.

These sample formulas and patents all says that heat and mix SSL when heated for 20 minutes.

So is my procedure ok or SSL in shampoo needs to be heated and mixed for 20 minutes?
