  Is it good thing or bad thing for hair health to have negative charge?

  the surface of hair has a net negative charge when exposed to pH solutions higher than pH 3.67. 

  Is it good thing or bad thing for hair health to have negative charge because of repeated contact with solutions with pH above 3.67?
