  Incorporating pigment in color cosmetics

  Hello everyone !

  Im studying with IPCS and I wanted to start playing around with color cosmetic formulation. However I can’t afford a milling machine at this time. 

  What other options do I have to make small batches of color cosmetics having well processed pigments into the base ? Would a homogenizer work?
