  INCI labelling EU

  Eucalyptus Oil has the INCI Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil in the EU. It also contains the allergene limonene. Should limonene also be declared? (presuming it is above the critical level of course)

  If you know it’s in there then it should be declared.
