    Hi!
I was wondering if anyone can help.
I am using a fragrance oil and I have the IFRA Analysis Certificate and I am getting confused with the classifications.
I am looking to make a perfume roll on using a carrier oil rather than alcohol. I’m unsure if it would be a class 4B as its a perfume or 4C Body cream/ oil or 4D fragrance cream or Solid perfume?

    Thank you in advance.

To be certain, contact the perfume house/supplier.

based on what you wrote, I would say 4B (perfume).

Thank you both for your comments! I contacted the fragrance supplier and I haven’t had a response yet! I think I might test the perfume at both levels for now. Its a shame the level for 4C/D is so much lower than the 4B.
