  Hydrogel patch formula?

  Does anyone know a good base formula for creating those single use gel hydro patches for under eye and for masks? I’m thinking something with sodium alginate and/or carrageenan, maybe with a small amount of cellulose or a polymer of some kind. I’m kind of new to this, so I apologize for not having a more specific start to this. I’ve searched on UL prospector and found nothing. Thanks!!
