How to harden the bath bomb & how to get more fizz

Hi all,

Right now I am working on bath bomb recepie. the ratio for baking soda and citric acid is 2:1 with corn starch and epsom salt. But i did not get hardness so Can sell and also not getting desire fizz as i drop the bomb into lukewarm water.

Here is recepie

Baking soda - 40

Citric acid - 20

Epsome salt - 20

Corn starch - 20

You can try cream of tartar to get it to harden, not sure of the percent you need but I remember that it is not a lot.
