  How to begin formulating semi-permanent vegan rainbow hair dyes?

  I was originally trying to source a company to formulate for me, but I’m not having a lot of luck.

  I see all these brands like Manic Panic, Iroiro, Punky Colours + Arctic Fox that are all made in the US and Iroiro says they make their own, so I want to try, too.

  Are there any recommendations for where to source ingredients + additive colors that are hair-safe? I really want the full range of pastels, brights + neons. Also any classes I can take online?
