How much liquid detergent should be used per load in 8kg machine with 3kg cloths?
I am working on a liquid laundry detergent product and adjusting all aspects of it.
In an automatic 8kg laundry machine, if we wash around 3kg clothes per load, how much liquid detergent should be used if the detergent has 8% active surfactant+ 4% STPP + 0.2% CMC and pH 11 and wash water is very hard?
On internet they say things like 1 or 2 tablespoon which is not enough.

Critical Micelle Concentration (CMC)
of each surfactant that you used in formulation then multiply with 4, that minimum concentration your detergent for slightly to moderate dirt on the cloth, or multiply with 6 up to 8 for highly dirty cloth. Don’t forget to reduce active surfactant availability based on hardness level water do you used

The problem is i have no idea with how much water it gets diluted during washing process in front door automatic machine.
Any idea how to find it out?

Couldn’t find this data on technical sheet.
I cant find water selector level. Where should I look for it?
