  How much formalin is needed with phenoxyethanol+EDTA to cover gram+ bacteria?

  If we use formalin with 0.5% phenoxyethanol+0.2% tetrasodium EDTA for bacteria in products with pH ≤5 and flip top cap bottle, what percentage of formaldehyde minimum is needed to cover gram positive bacteria?
