  How do ALS vs AOS compare in cleaning power, foam & mildness?

  Ammonium lauryl sulfate vs Alpha-olefin sulfonate

  If we compare these two surfactants for cleaning power

  foam volume and creaminess
  Mildness

  In a formula with (active surfactant)
  4% ALS or AOS
  4% SLES
  2% CAPB
  pH 5

  How would they compare?

  I know AOS is milder than SLS but what about ALS?
