  Hi! Can someone(s) review/assist me with this general-is Deep Conditioner

  Deionized Water + slippery elm/marshmallow root +herb mixture
  DL Panthenol
  Aloe 100x Powder
  Silk Amino Acid
  Veg Glycerin
  BTSM 50
  Cetearyl Alc

  Murumuru butter
  cupacu butter
  mango butter
  cocoa butter

  onion oil
  marula oil
  abyssinian oil
  Kalahari oil
  argan oil
  jojoba oil

  honeyquat
  liquid germall +
  citric acid
  vitamin E
  fragrance

  I am open to using alternative silicones, would love a good suggestion, it generally does what I need it to but I would like a bit more of a shine and softening effect after it is washed out. Staying away from Parabens, sulfates, drying alcohols

  If anyone has a book suggestion as well for cosmetic chemistry, I would be appreciative
