  Help with the conditioner formula

  I need to improve the slippery feel in the hair conditioner formula.
  Have a look at the formulations
  Aqua Q.S
  Glycerin 3%
  D Panthenol 0.5%
  Cetyl Alcohol 2%
  Ceto stearyl Al 4.5%
  EDTA 01%
  Vit E 0.2%
  CTAC 7.5%
  Polyquat 7 4%
  Dimethicone 2%
  Citric Acid 0.1%

  Added Sodium benzoate 0.2% and Potassium Sorbate 0.2% as a preservative.
  After using a hair conditioner hair becomes dry.
  Please suggest how to improve the slippery feel and add shine to the hair.

  Increase Dimethicone to 3.5%.add Guar Hp @ 0.3%. Replace plolyquat 7 by polyquat 10

  You can also add cethiol HE 1%
