  Help with Phytosphingosine

  Hi all. 

  I am a (very) amateur formulator and am looking to include Phytosphingosine in a water based product I am making. 

  I have a supplier who can provide me with 1% Phytosphingosine liquid - am I able to simply add that into the formula as I’m mixing in my other ingredients? (Mostly dry herbs, glycerin, B3). 

  And if that is the case - at what total % of the formula should I be adding it in at?
