Hair jelly formulation using flax seeds
I am trying to formulate a hair jelly that can provide hold. I have narrowed down to use flaxseed and xanthan gum (to thicken) as the main ingredients to provide hold. At home I make flaxseed gel by boiling flax seeds in water and then strain it. I am now interested in making it commercially. So, my question is, how can I do this at commercial level, like, is that possible to follow the same procedure of boiling seeds in water or is there any other way around. There are few marketed products that use linseed extract and xanthan gum as the main ingredients to make hair jelly. I have researched a lot but did not able to find anything on it.
