  Hair Gel Problem

  Solution A

  Water 71.3%
  Carbomer 0.5%
  Disodium EDTA 0.2%
  Glycerin 0.5%
  Germall Plus 1%

  Solution B

  Water 20%
  PVP K90 3%
  Polyquaternium-4 2%

  Solution C

  PEG40 Hydrogenised Castor Oil 0.8%
  Fragrance 0.2%

  Solution D

  Solution C + Solution B
  Triethanolamine TEA 0.5

  When mixing solution D in Solution A, creates soft sponge like things.

  Could someone please guide me what am I doing wrong here?

  Try removing the Polyqaut and see if you get the same result.
