  how to make the right hair gel?
  I made with the composition below, it’s hard to mix.
  Ingredients:
  Ceteareth 25, PVP k90, polysorbate 20, glycerin, dmdm, PEG 40, PEG 7, polyetylen Glycol, fragrance,color agent, simethicone.
  How is the  right step? 
  Please help me
