Good day to everyone, I am trying to formulate a cleansing balm. Here is my formulation:

    Ingredients

    CCT 38.80%

Emulsifier (Glyceryl Stearate (and) Cetearyl Alcohol (and) Sodium Olivate (and) Inulin) 10.00%

    Shea Butter 7.00%

    Beeswax 4.00%

    Sunflower Oil 29.00%

    Vitamin E Oil 0.20%

    Cetearyl Alcohol 11.00%

When I finished the batch, it looks and feels good. However, after 3 weeks it had granules and a feel of exfoliation and I don;t like that on my cleansing balm. Is it maybe because of the shea butter? Should I just omit it in my formulation?
