  Fullerene aka Buckyballs

  Is there a consensus on the safety of formulating with fullerenes?  Someone has requested I formulate a serum using this ingredient, but upon researching it, there is a lot of conflicting information.  Any suggestions of where to look, or opinions on this?  Thank you!
